Grand Istana Rama Hotel, Bali, prestigious 4-star-hotel located in Jl. Pantai Kuta, Bali seeks suitably qualified applicants for the following positions:

BAR OUTLET SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:
> Directly assist the Mixologist of the property.
> Responsible for driving and training bartenders within the Property.
> Manage on a daily basis the beverage stocks and orders.
> Responsible for the implementation of HACCP for all bars.
> Enjoy working with others to achieve common goals.
> Act with personal professionalism and integrity at all times.
> Always conduct business honestly and fairly.
> Priorities workload effectively and be organized and structured at work.
> Manage own time and pay attention to detail.
> Display a positive attitude, even under pressure.
> Committed to meeting and exceeding all performance standards.
> Constantly look to develop own professional skills and abilities.
> Perform job tasks in line with established policies and procedures.
> Always try to provide a top-quality experience to all our business contacts
.
> Response quickly and re actively to sub ordinate and guest concern
> Creative  and innovative in making a new trend of cocktails.
> Able to maintain positive and effective cost management index in Bar operations.
 
Applicants must:

     > Pleasant personality, friendly, service-oriented & revenue Oriented.
     > At least 2 years experience in similar position in 3-4 star hotel property.
     > Excellent communication skills / English language is a must / other language
        Would be an advantage.
     > College Education:  Hotel & Restaurant Management more preferred.
     > Computer savvy (Excel, Word & VHP)
 


RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER

Qualifications:
> Minimum 2 years experience in the same field.
> Responsible for driving and training bartenders within the Property.
> Manage on a daily basis the beverage stocks and orders.
> Responsible for the implementation of HACCP for all bars.
> Enjoy working with others to achieve common goals.
> Act with personal professionalism and integrity at all times.
> Always conduct business honestly and fairly.
> Priorities workload effectively and be organized and structured at work.
> Manage own time and pay attention to detail.
> Display a positive attitude, even under pressure.
> Committed to meeting and exceeding all performance standards.
> Constantly look to develop own professional skills and abilities.

Develops and manage all Bar & restaurant financial
> Maintain a positive cost management index for Bar & restaurant operations
> Supervises and manages employees. Manages all day-to-day operations.
   Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees'
   absence.
> Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage
   others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates
   honesty/integrity; leads by example.
> Understands the brand's service culture.
> Ensures effective departmental communication and information systems through
   logs,department meetings and property meetings.

CHEF

Qualification:
-Contribute to menu creation
-Manage and train the kitchen brigade effectively to ensure a well organized and
 motivated team
-Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
-Assist the Restaurant & Bar Manager/Asst F&B Manager in managing relation
 When Necessary
-Ensure resources meet business needs through the effective management of
 working roles
-Support brand standards through the training and assessment of the team
-Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food & beverage revenue
-Knowledge's of activities in other departments and implications
-Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety standards
-Strong Sous Chef or previous Sous Chef Experience
-Approaches food in a creative way
-Strong supervisory skills
-Positive attitude
-Good communication skills
-Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
-Excellent grooming standards
-Excellent planning and organising skills
-Relevant qualifications for role
-Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and
 evenings

  1. Female / Male, min. S 1 degree in any kind of major, S 2 degree is preferable
  2. Minimum 3 year experience in the hospitality industry with strong skills in recruiting, training and exit interview process
  3. Strong vison of human development, staff career path through training and corporate social responsibility
  4. Strong analytical and numerical sense specifically in statistic
  5. Excellent communications and leadership skills
  6. Outstanding capability in managing HR department and adminstratively perfect
  7. Mentally and phisically fit and alert
  8. Provide mentorship, coaching and counceling as deemed necessary to provide 4 star HR for company
  9. Fluent in English and computer literate
  10. Willing to be placed in KUTA, BALI
