Tester/QA Lead

Desired skills and experience:
  • Experience of implementing and executing both Manual & Automated testing tools.
  • Selenium, TDD or BDD experience, Jenkins, Continuous Deployment.
  • Promote QA productivity through automation, tools, documentation, and other best practices.
  • Promote a culture of quality in your work with others.
  • Creating detailed test plans.
  • Work with Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure quality development and testing of software.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage by working closely with project manager and development team to prioritize testing execution, report on test execution progress, and results.
  • Able to investigate new technologies and tools to improve current environment.
  • Ability to write and execute SQL/NoSQL queries for testing and troubleshooting.
  • Experience of testing in a virtualized environment.
  • Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins.
  • Very organized, detail oriented and focused with a hands-on approach.
  • 5 years + experience in Testing
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • A Desire to break things!
You will be a motivated individual who will champion high code quality across the business, you should be able to explain your processes and procedures to the team and encourage and train others to help maintain the environment and quality of the product
