We are seeking a leader that is-

-Friendly, service oriented individual
with
-Strong Time management skills,
-Ability to create and work the list/ checklist
-Positive and good communication
-Ability to communicate with a Western guest in English 
-Team building and coaching skills, ability to address performance/ standards issues
-Ability to inspire the team and get good performance
-Flexibility in time and work/ works to the needs of the business
-Good Work ethic, sets example for staff
-Attention to detail
