Human Resources Manager (Sumba)

2 years experience as HRM or Assistant HRM within a 5 star luxury hotel/resort

Have understanding of manpower regulation

Organized, motivated, analytical and creative

Background in training

Excellent communication skills

Strong leadership, managerial skill & good personality

 

Assistant Chief Engineer (Sumba)

Strong leadership, broad knowledge of vehicles and their maintenance

Knowledgeable and able to fix marine motorized machines, Air Conditioner, Kitchen & Laundry equipment and also car / vehicles.

Understand the electrical and mechanical work

 

Executive Housekeeper (Sumba)

2 years of experience as Assistant Executive Housekeeper or Executive Housekeeper in the 5 star luxury hotel/resort

In-depth knowledge and expertise in managing all the functional areas of housekeeping operations including implementing and developing best practice procedures for laundry

Excellent English, Communications & Training skills

Strong Leadership, tactical skills and result oriented

Energetic, hands-on, motivated, meticulous and high attention to details

Experience in VHP is a plus

 

Sous Chef (Sumba)

Extensive knowledge of International Cuisine & ingredients (Must)

Previous experience as sous chef or extensive experience as CDP Able to work the line and expedite tickets/order at the same time

Work cleanly & efficiently

Strong Leadership

Able to maintain high level of hygiene and conduct training

2 years as a Staff Accountant, Book Keeper or Income Auditor in 4/5* hotel

Strong background in General Ledger, Income Audit, Cost Control, Bank Reconciliation and Taxation

Knowledge of VHP Systems will be an advantage
Good command of English
 

Cost Controller (Sumba Office)

2 years as a Cost Control Clerk in 4/5* hotel

Knowledge of VHP Systems will be an advantage
Good command of English

Hotel will provide the accommodation (Staff Housing, Meals and Laundry). 7 days of Rest and Relax leave every 2 months including air ticket Sumba-Bali-Sumba will be provided by the company.
