{HHRMA~Bali} Administrative Office Manager Position with some responsibilities in Accounting and Procurement

 

Administration office Management/ 25% Accounting/ 25%Procurement needed for Villa | Event | Architecture & Building Company

Imperative that this individual acts with integrity at all times. This is a no commission position.

Friendly,  focused individual
Efficient, strong time management, good attention to detail
Professional, trustworthy, loyal with a positive work approach
Able to give clear direction to staff and follow up to ensure tasks are completed to standard in a timely manner
Is able to keep the balance of being friendly but clear in expectation, not bending standard to keep favor with staff.
Keeps accurate payroll, receipts and records. 
Has a clear system of organization and follows the program so all records are neat and tidy
Double checks work so all invoices go to the guests/ partners with accurate information 
Some purchasing and procurement for projects, villas
Interacts with staff, vendors and clientele.
Leadership skills and ownership of their area of responsibility
Works well individually and and as part of a team
Always looking for new contacts and sources
English-written and conversational
Word, MYOB, XL, Email
Must be punctual and work to agreed schedule. Some flexibility is required.
Responsible in protecting and guarding the assets of the company 
Earns and gains trust from co workers and vendors.
Looking for an individual that can be a leader in the company and grow into more responsibility / position/ salary.

Timely, professional, consistent. Someone that takes their position (not just a job) seriously, that would not demean their position or themselves and the service of the organization by not fulfilling commitments, by taking items that do not belong to them, by behaving in a manner that is unbecoming and embarrassing  to the brand. 
This is a hands on position. Every management person must have basic working knowledge of each area of the business and will be called upon to support sales, events, and general setup from time to time.
