Hello Group, 

We are currently seeking a friendly, efficient sales and marketing team member for Villas, Events & Rental Furniture!Immediate opening for 

Friendly,  focused individual
Efficient, strong time management, good attention to detail
Professional, trustworthy, loyal with a positive work approach
Prior experience in villa marketing with working knowledge of various companies calendars, villa locations, pricing and standards
Prior experience in Event organization with working knowledge of locations, vendors, and getting the setup complete to top guest standard.
Confident selling of villas and writing in English to the International customers.
Maintains and keeps online villa details updated in wordpress.
Some  social media work for events, villas
Interacts with staff, vendors and clientele.
Leadership skills and ownership of their area of responsibility
Works well individually and and as part of a team
Always looking for new contacts and sources
English-written and conversational
Word, XL, Email, villa calendar systems
Must be punctual and work to agreed schedule. Some flexibility is required.
Responsible in protecting and guarding the assets of the company 
Earns and gains trust from co workers and vendors.
Looking for an individual that can be a leader in the company.  
Timely, professional, consistent. Someone that takes their position (not just a job) seriously, that would not demean their position or themselves and the service of the organization by not fulfilling commitments, by taking items that do not belong to them, by behaving in a manner that is unbecoming and embarrassing  to the brand. 
This is a hands on position. Will assist in setup of some events and tour villas and attend open house openings.
We are looking for a skilled, smart, friendly local candidate!
