Balquisse Heritage Hotel
We are one of the Hotel in Jimbaran is looking for staff to fill up position as a Hotel Marketing
with duty task as below,

A. Represent the Senior Manager of the hotel during the absences.
B. Communication between Marketing, sale Department and Management.
C. Handling the inspection from customer or travel agencies.
D. Managing and controlling the rate and availability update on Extranets.
E. Authorization to make the promotion when needed.
F. Be involved for the events that will be hold by the hotel.
G. Attending event such as conferences, seminars, reception and exhibitions if there is any
H. Respond all review from the customers on the social media such as Trip Advisor and online booking.
I. Managing the booking engine and the payment gateway of the hotel.
J. When needed, help the reservation and reception team
K. Able to work with Channel Manager
