Our client, a new free standing restaurant with an interesting & unique concept (meat & fish, but with only organic ingredients), seating capacity +/- 60 seats, located in Seminyak

is looking for a Chef De Cuisine.

 

This restaurant is still in project stage and will open within the next few months.

Our client will be developing different brands and has many future projects in the pipe-line (in Bali & beyond). Our client is therefore looking for a young hidden talent, somebody hungry and eager to grow with the company as there will be career development possibilities within the near future.

This role will be reporting directly to the Owner / Director.

For this position, both Expats and Indonesian Nationals are being considered.

Profile

• Working experience in free standing restaurants

• Experience in Indonesia

• Interest in healthy food & life-style, previous experience with organic food would be a +

• No classical old school approach, but modern / innovative style, very creative

• Very motivated and with a lot of passion for food

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with great eye for detail

• Energetic, results oriented, hard working

• Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure

• Team player with good communication skills

• Patient and has the ability to coach the kitchen team

• Strong training skills

• Very good at motivating

• Computer literate

• Can work under pressure

• Good English both spoken and written

 

Our client offer an attractive package including service charge, insurance, meal allowance, bonus, 6 days working and 1 year contract.
