IT Supervisor
IT Support 

Job Requirement :

  • Bachelor's Degree (D3/SI) in Computer Science / Informatics or related major
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience
  • Able to work in teams as well as individuals
  • Able to work under pressure, able to maintain composure under pressure
  • Highly motivated, proactive and innovative
  • Good Knowledge of trouble shooting hardware (printer, desktop, laptop, server, etc.)
  • Good Knowledge of trouble shooting software ( Windows(7/8/10), Wind Server, Antivirus, Office, etc.)
  • Good Knowledge of Networking (Fiber Optic, Mikrotik, Firewall, Access Point, etc.)
  • Plus Value working experience in hotel environment.
  • Good command of written and spoken English
