Property Management Company located at South of Bali is now looking for :

ESTATE MANAGER

Requirements:

* Max 40 years old
* Bachelor Degree Majoring Mechanical Electrical / Civil or equivalent.
* Able to make budget, data collection and control area
* Able to arrange regulating hygiene and environmental safety
* Able to maintain Office building and relation with tenant
* Having Good communication skill, creative thinking and hard working
* Possess strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by higher management
* Having excellent organizational skill and  and ability to determine priorities
* High integrity, dedicated, strong analytical mind and team work oriented
* Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
* Full  time position available
