{HHRMA~Bali} VACANCY DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE at CHAPUNG SEBALI

 

Chapung Sebali, a luxury boutique resort in Ubud -Bali, with 14 Suites and 8 Villas. Together with its famous Jungle Fish Pool Bar & Restaurant, is looking to fill the following position:


DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE

Responsible for the food and beverage/culinary operations, meeting the brand's target customer needs, ensure employee satisfaction, and focusing on increasing sales and maximizing the department's financial performance.

He develops and implements strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand's target customers and achieve a return on investment.

Oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures the implementation while managing and controlling food costs, creating menus, complying with quality and hygiene standards, controlling stocks, costs and revenue streams.

PREREQUISITES:

·         Indonesian Citizen / WNI

·         Male, 26 – 35 years old
·         Organized, dynamic, team player with "can do" attitude and outgoing personality
·         Fluent English (spoken + written)
·         Additional language skills an advantage
·         Thorough knowledge for Mixology, passionate for food and wines
·         Creative menu development skills
·         Experience with purchasing and inventory systems
·         Comprehensive knowledge of expense control as it relates to payroll and forecasting
·         Strong technical literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel, payroll management and POS
·         Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
·         Applied Business Knowledge- Understanding market dynamics, enterprise level objectives and important aspects of the company's business to accurately diagnose strengths and weaknesses, anticipate opportunities and risks, identify issues, and develop strategies and plans
·         5 Star Quality Customer and Personal Service- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION:

·         Degree or three years Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/F&B Management or equivalent.

WORKING EXPERIENCE:

·        Minimum 5 years of experience as F&B Manager / Banquet Manager with proven records of accomplishments
·        Previous experience in similar Job role in 5 star hotel

JOB TYPE:

·         Full Time
·         6 days off / month

SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS: 

·         IDR 20 - 30 million/ monthly
·         BPJS & Service Charge (After 3 months probation)
