Basic qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years experiences as Assistant Restaurant Manager or Senior Captain
2. Good knowledge about F&B Service
3. Able to inventory and ordering for restaurant operation
4. Able to lead the team, handling complain, solve problem and good communication skill
5. Attention to detail to check daily operation, quality of product and staff performance
6. Ready to assist Restaurant Manager to leading operational Only shortlisted candidates and meets the qualification will be invited for interview.
