Our client, 5* International Chain Hotel with 300+ rooms in Nusa Dua is looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. This role will be reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager.

  

Profile

 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage or related field

• 5* leisure resort or city hotel experience

• Excellent English both spoken and written

• Excellent knowledge in Food & Beverage

• Strong leadership, organizational and administrative skills

• Dynamic, inspiring, innovative and enthusiastic

• Very approachable, outgoing with easy manner in dealing with guests and associates

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Strong partnering skills, clear vision, strategic planner and problem solver

• Excellent in management competencies and result oriented

• Motivated and able to work independently

• Energetic, hands-on, flexible

• Computer literate
