Our client, a 5* International Chain Hotel with 300+ rooms and multiple F&B outlets is looking for a Head Baker.

 

Profile

 

• Culinary school background

• Experience in similar position in 5* resorts

• Overseas experience is a plus

• Excellent in bakery, food ingredients and trends

• Experience with HACCP Standard

• Able to co-ordinate the day to day bakery kitchen operations

• Ensure that outstanding culinary technical skills are maintained

• Excellent English both spoken and written

• Highly developed organizational and time management skills

• Computer literate

• Good leadership skills and result oriented

• Well organized, energetic, hands-on

• Strong leadership, tactical skills and result oriented

• Eager to learn, motivated, enthusiastic, flexible and able to work independently
