Our client, a local group which manages hotels & resorts, dining venues and other businesses is looking for a Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing.
Profile
• Experience in similar position in 5 star hotels
• In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of hotel products, rates and sales programs
• Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders
• Knowledge and experience of sales systems is advantageous
• Familiar with sales strategy, sales plan and Yield management
• Familiar with budget, sales reports, target and market segments
• Able to find and develop new potential business sources
• Wide network of contacts within the hospitality industry
• Active person with outgoing personality
• Strong leadership and team player at the same time
• Result oriented in order to achieve targets
• Able to work under pressure
• Positive attitude
