A cool boutique hotel located in the heart of Kuta, Bali soon to open is inviting dynamic young people and hotel professionals to join the pre-opening team for the following positions:

Operations Manager

Qualifications:

v Min 3 years experienced in 5 stars hotel as Front Office Manager

v STP Diploma IV Hotel Management

v Strong background in Front Office and Housekeeping exposure

v Fluent in spoken and written English

v Strong communication and interpersonal skills

v Good Leadership skills

v Excellent training skills

v Computer literate

Head Chef

Qualifications:

v Good command of English

v STP Diploma III Food Production

v Min 3 years experienced in International Chinese Restaurant, specialist in Chinese Noodles dishes

v Good communication and interpersonal skills

v Ability to lead others and work in a team context

v Excellent training skills

F&B Supervisor

Qualifications:

v Good in spoken and written English

v STP Diploma III preferably Food & Beverage

v Min 2 years experience in similar position

v Restaurant background and/or Bar exposure

v Familiar with various food & beverage service styles and concepts

v Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

v Strong Leadership skills

v Flexible and fast paced

v Computer literate
