Human Resources & General Affairs Manager
You will be responsible for setting-up and maximizing the effectiveness of the HR function in support of our vision. You must have an excellent understanding and experience in implementation of core HR processes such as recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management with good working knowledge of the Indonesian Labor law.
You should have 5-8 years experience in the HR field of which minimum 2 years in an HR management position. Experience in the hospitality industry or hospital environment desirable. Interest and experience in training a definite plus.
