A brand new beach front restaurant and beach club in Mangsit beach, Senggigi, Lombok which offering contemporary, up-market, and stylish food is inviting application for the following position:
 
1.              Club Manager
2.              Chef de Cuisine
3.              Restaurant Manager
4.              Assistant Bar Manager
5.              Chef de Partie
6.              Hostess
7.              Barman
8.              Waiter and Waitress
9.              Pastry Commis
10.          Gardemanger
11.          Accountant
 
General Qualifications;
o   Solid experience in a similar position and level in an international standard hotel.
o   Good command over written and spoken English.
o   Well groomed and pleasant personality 
o   Strong leadership, tactical skills, result oriented and problem solver (for position 1,2,3 and 4)
o   Energetic, hands-on, flexible, motivated and able to work independently (for position 1,2,3 and 4)
o   Budget and expenses control knowledge (for position 1,2,3 and 4)
o   Excellent communication and training skills (for position 1,2,3 and 4)
