{HHRMA~Bali} Vacancy Reservation Agent

 

Dear Moderator,

Exotiq Villa Holidays looking for Reservation Agent with the following qualification :

  • Fresh Graduate from Tourism or Travel related
  • Has minimum of 6 months job training in hotel industry - Reservation Department.
  • Excellent in English (verbal, written and  listening) other language will be an advantage
  • Has an excellent skill of emails correspondence

Day Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Process reservation by email, telephone
  • To process the booking inquiries from Travel agents, OTA and direct email or call
  • Has good product knowledge of each villas on Exotiq's portfolio, including villa availability status, rates, benefits, package plans
  • Prepare letters of Reservation confirmation, pre-arrival checklist for operational team
  • Understand the cancellation policy of each villas and process of the cancellation payment
  • Understand about deposit payment and invoicing
  • Understand with  Siteminder and booking button
  • Reporting to Reservation supervisor.
