Legal Assistant for Land
General Information Standard Benefits
Experience: Min 3 years' experience as legal staff 1 yr. contract
Salary level: Negotiable Health Benefits
Full time/part time: Full Time THR of 1x monthly salary
Location: Bali
Degree Requirement: Bachelor Degree in Law
Responsibilities Include:
· Assisting in the legal process of land acquisition
· Assist supervisor in preparing agreements
· Checking document legal
· Handling company's legal document and filing
· Research for regulation and permitting procedures and other related matters
Core Requirements / Competencies:
· Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Bahasa)
· Strong computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft office
· Good analytical skills
· Good communication skills
· Good personality who is creative, high integrity, can-do attitude
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Beneficial Skills / Competencies
Involvement in Energy/Mining Projects
Involvement in Land Acquisition Process for Project Companies
Involvement in Acquisition of Location and/or Forestry Permit
