Menurut Pendapat Saya, Pada dasarnya contract itu akan ditulis menggunakan bahasa apa saja bukanlah menjadi persoalan
sepanjang isi dari contract tersebut bisa dimengerti oleh pihak -pihak yang terkait dengan contract tersebut. jika perlu contract
tersebut bisa ditulis secara bilingual.
