We are seeking for a proactive, full of passion, professional and high ownership candidates 

DIRECTOR OF SALES

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • The development and solicitation of business from all markets to ensure the necessary advance bookings needed for a successful and profitable operation for the hotel.
  • Manage and develop strategic account plan for the demand generators in the market
  • Research competitor's sales team strategies to identify ways to grow ocupancy and RevPAR and increase market share.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of a successful online sales and marketing strategy.
  • Conduct regular sales strategy/revenue strategy and brainstorming meeting to motivate and direct agreeseive sales campaign.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Female / Male
  • At least five years hotel sales experience and two years of supervisory experience.
  • We are looking for a hands-on sales person who is aggressive, innovative, and has strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a solid track record of success with driving revenues and exceeding guest expectations.
