DIRECTOR OF SALES
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
The development and solicitation of business from all markets to ensure the necessary advance bookings needed for a successful and profitable operation for the hotel.
Manage and develop strategic account plan for the demand generators in the market
Research competitor's sales team strategies to identify ways to grow ocupancy and RevPAR and increase market share.
Lead the creation and implementation of a successful online sales and marketing strategy.
Conduct regular sales strategy/revenue strategy and brainstorming meeting to motivate and direct agreeseive sales campaign.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Female / Male
At least five years hotel sales experience and two years of supervisory experience.
We are looking for a hands-on sales person who is aggressive, innovative, and has strong communication and leadership skills.
Our ideal candidate will have a solid track record of success with driving revenues and exceeding guest expectations.
