- Latar belakang perhotelan 
- Pendidikan minimal Diploma 1 / D1 (no. 1, 2)
- Bisa bebahasa Inggris lisan dan tulis (no 1, 2)]
- Minimal lulusan SMA sederajat (No. 3)
- Sehat jasmani dan rohani
- Bisa join secepatnya
