This is the group's first foray into hotels and is the flagship for the future development of L Hotels & Resorts. Do you have the L personality ? L Hotels & Resorts is inviting individual talents who are self motivating, creative, enthusiastic, full of energy and have the heart to serve to join our team for position : Assistant Duty Manager
Requirements :
·        Male
·        Good personality and good leadership skills
·        Self-Motivated and dynamic
·        Ability to communicate and delegate to others
·        Good customer service skills
·        Able to work in a team
·        Quick thinking and good decision maker
·        Enthusiasm to keep the store running through the night
·        Ability to work under pressure
·        Have excellent communication skill and Familiar with VHP system
·        Able to perform the full night audit
·        Act as manager on duty for the hotel dealing with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise.
·                   Able to join immediately.
