The Award-Winning winery, Hatten Wines is welcoming young professional and talented people to join us. If you are smart, genuine, a team player who likes challenges, we are now looking for the right people for the following position :
 
Chef de Partie
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required skills: quest oriented and customer service, experienced on public cooking and handling love station, knowledge in food production, costing and beverage services, Able to maintain materials purchased, inventory and stock level.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position available.
