{HHRMA~Bali} Seeking Villa Manager in Seminyak / Oberoi

 

Selamat pagi, 

We are currently seeking applicants for 

Private Villa seeking experienced Villa Manager for one freestanding 3BR pool villa  and weekly visits on one other private 3BR villa. 

We are seeking a leader that is-

-Friendly, service oriented individual

with

-Strong Time management skills

-Ability to create and work the list/ checklist

-Positive and good communication

-Ability to communicate with a Western guest in English 

-Team building and coaching skills, ability to address performance/ standards issues

-Ability to inspire the team and get good performance

-Flexibility in time and work/ works to the needs of the business

-Good Work ethic, sets example for staff

-Attention to detail

-Professional with the ability to delegate but also at times hands on.

We have already accepted many CV's that come from over qualified strong candidates that are managing very large teams. This is a small team with lots of direct communication (in English) with the guests and owner and sales office.
