EXECUTIVE CHEF WANTED!!!
 
Swiss-Belinn Manyar, Surabaya is currently seeking for suitable candidate for the post of Executive Chef.
 
Preferred candidate should be:

  • Culinary enthusiast with pride, passion and energy that can support in leading and developing a great team and drive excellent food quality.
  •  A self-starter and hands-on leader.
  • Familiar with HACCP procedures and application. 
  • Having an eye for detail and creativity to keep up with cooking trends and best practices.
  • College / university degree graduate with a minimum of three years experiences in a similar capacity function in an international four/five star hotel.
  • Extensive knowledge of menu development, insight into marketing, cost and wage control.
  • Thorough knowledge of food products, standard recipes and proper preparation.
  • Ability to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs.
