A Luxury Resort in Ubud looking for
 
Sales Manager
with the following qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in similar position in luxury hotel/resort/villa 
  • Excellent presentation and very good English
  • Customer oriented mindset (yes we can attitude)
  • Creative thinking in generating extra Sales (from rooms, F&B and incremental)
  • Able to analyze daily/monthly revenues
  • Able to make competitor analysis and adjust rates accordingly to maximize yield
  • Setting contract rates with wholesalers/retailers
  • Making regular Sales Visits to meet personally with existing and new potential customers
  • Taking reservations and leading the reservation team
  • Is aware of the latest trends in online and offline sales
  • Diploma in hospitality or related field  
 
Spa Coordinator:
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in similar position in luxury
  • Excellent presentation and very good English
  • Customer oriented mindset (yes we can attitude)
  • Creative thinking in generating extra income/ up selling
  • Able to train the staff
