Desired attributes, skills and requirement:
- Competitive, strategic adopting a mature approach to decision making
- Ensure focus on the brand experiences
- Ensure wide understanding of business performance expectations in revenue, margin, yield & cost
- Create controls and strong business systems which prevent loss and identify emerging risks
- Identify exposures and assure the systems to mitigate them, or eliminate unacceptable risks
- Promote individual performance, leadership, recognition & maintaining team values & cultures
- Monitor with GM and Sales the public image, especially the online reputation of the property
- Assist with the reporting required to maintain high quality and trust relationships with owners
- Represent & assume control of the resort in the GM's absences
- Liaise with and assist GM at all times in a proactive & professional manner to deliver best outcomes for all stakeholder
