A leading Luxury Sustainable Resort in Padang Padang is urgently looking for motivated Front Office candidates (Male) to join the Front Office Team to work especially during the night shifts.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:
* Good English skills (in speaking and writing)
* Good computer skills to make daily report (outlook, Microsoft excel/word)
* Able to check-in/check-out guests
* Able to handle guests requests professionally
* Able to handle reservations
* Prepare guest lists for the following day
* Audit Food & Beverage cashiers work and correct discrepancies
* Audit Rooms Cashiers work and correct discrepancies
* Record room statistics
* Review Night Audit checklist and verify that all work has been completed
* Minimum 1-year experience in a similar front office position at hotel/resort or villa
* Minimum diploma in hotel education
* Having a driving license would be a big plus (valet parking)
* Excellent grooming standards
* Living in the South of Bali or willing to relocate
This resort offers a nice learning environment and high service charge.
