Bisma Eight Group (P.T Bisma Internusa Jaya Abadi) is looking for a General Manager at Bisma Eight, a 38 all-suite boutique property in the heart of Ubud, Bali

* Now Bali Best Fine Dining in Bali 2nd runner up

Scope Summary:
Oversees all aspects of property management in accordance with company mission statement, including maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards. Responsible for the hiring, training and discipline of all hotel staff.

Minimum Qualification:
* 2-3 years experience in the same position, preferably in another boutique hotel or similar hotel environment in which intimacy,
* highly personalized service, and attention to detail is championed
* Continuous product and service improvement
* High level of interaction with guests and a very hands-on approach
* Creative, innovative, and willing to create and execute­­ ground breaking initiatives that challenge the status quo
* Outstanding team building and leadership
* Outstanding communication skills
* Excellent financial, marketing, and F&B knowledge and skills
* Starting Date: as soon as possible
