Join our dynamic team as Recruitment Specialist 

This role will report to Recruiting Manager and Director.

 

 I.         Requirements

•   Fluent in spoken and written English

•   Higher degree in hospitality / hotel / tourism

•   Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality industry

•   Good understanding of Indonesian hospitality market

•   Excellent administrative skills, well organized, attention to detail, ability to perform well under pressure, ability to work independently, able to keep confidentiality

•   Attentive, polite, professional appearance, punctual, outgoing personality, good social skills, proactive, flexible, team player

•   No objection to a large portion of the job spent on the phone

•   Computer literate

 

II.        Job Tasks (Duties)

•   Main focus will be to head-hunt for potential candidates within hotels, resorts, villas and restaurants across the region

•   Searches and sources potential candidates through job-sites, advertising, references, contacts, head-hunting, etc

•   Actively searches for new ways to locate potential candidates

•   Maintains updated database of all up-market hotels, villas and restaurants in Indonesia

•   Maintains organized system of candidate searches in progress

•   Administrative responsibilities in office

•   Performs other tasks as assigned by Recruiting Manager and Assistant Recruiting Manager

•   Always projects a favorable image of Global Expat
