A stylish beachfront resort located in the heart of Sanur is seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

JAPANESE CHEF D’CUISINE

  • Japanese nationality, maximum 40 years age
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Japanese Culinary skills
  • Strong in food cost and stock control
  • Able to assist in setting up SOP’s and staff training
  • Creative in menu composition
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including split shifts as required
  • Excellent communication skills in English
