Our client, a new villa complex which is located in Lombok area is looking for an Human Resources Manager. This property has +/- 50 villas & is still in pre-opening phase.

 

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

 

Profile

 

• Fluent in English and Bahasa
• Human Resources Management qualification or related degree
• Minimum 5 year experience in Human Resources including experience in hotel and resort industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster positive, trusting relationships at all levels of the organization
• Team player
• Ability to challenge the status quo and advocate opposing viewpoints as required 
• Ability to work with various work cultures


Our client offer an attractive package including transport & meal allowance, medical, relocation, flight, 5.5 days working and 2 year contract.
