Our client, a 5* International Chain Boutique Resort with 50+ Villas and 4 F&B Outlets is looking for an Executive Sous Chef.

 

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

• Culinary school background
• Good in Western and Indonesian cuisine 
• Experience working at 5* hotels 
• Knowledge of all Kitchen operations and procedures
• Excellent English both spoken and written
• Good in food cost and stock control
• Experience with HACCP Standard
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills
• Strong leadership, tactical skills and result oriented
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• A high standard of presentation and grooming at all times
• Energetic, hands-on, result oriented, motivated
• Flexible
• Readiness and ability to initiate action
• Mature, professional outlook
• Highly developed organizational and time management skills
• Good customer relations skills
• Good financial and administration skills

 

Our client offer an attractive package including service charge, meal & transport allowance, medical, insurance, 6 days working and 2 years contract.
