Our client, a 5* Eco luxury boutique resort with +/- 20 private rooms in Raja Ampat is looking for a Resident Manager.

 

This role will be reporting directly to General Manager.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

• Diploma degree in hospitality management or equivalent
• Experience in a similar position in 5* resort
• Coming from rooms or F&B background
• Willing to work in a remote area
• Ability to express effective, clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Excellent English both spoken and written
• Strong leadership, organizational and administrative skills
• Dynamic, inspiring, innovative and enthusiastic
• Very approachable, outgoing with easy manner in dealing with guests and associates
• Must enjoy and be able to meet people with poise
• Must be able to handle difficult situations with tact and high diplomacy
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Focuses on customer service and catered experience
• Able to develop, coach, train, counsel and act as a mentor
• In possession of strong partnering skills, clear vision, strategic planner and problem solver
• Excellent in management competencies and result oriented
• Computer literate
• Deal with local people
• Energetic & hands-on
• Flexible working hours
• Motivated and able to work independently

 

Our client offer an attractive package including service charge, meal & transport allowance, medical, flight, 6 days working and 1 year contract.
