{HHRMA~Bali} Looking for ADMIN ACCOUNTING - URGENT

 

8 Degre Projects are looking to recruit Admin Accounting.  The Admin Accounting is  provide administrative support to accountants, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working with spreadsheets,sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
  • Preparing statutory accounts.
  • Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
  • Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
  • Managing petty cash transactions.
  • Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 1 years' experience same field
  • Self-directed and highly-motivated.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language.
  • High computer literacy and good working knowledge
