a luxury boutique property in Sanur, is looking for the next rising star to join their team.

CHEF DE CUISINE
• A culinary all-rounder with strong leadership skills, able to motivate a small team to produce consistently great food
• In charge of innovative menu creation and presentation...
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils and equipment
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Passion for good food, local ingredients and quality customer experience
• Proven success in a similar role and resort environment mandatory.

HOUSEKEEPING COORDINATOR
• Coordinate housekeeping and laundry operations, ensure accurate work scheduling
• Maintain high levels of room cleanliness and deliver an exceptional in-villa dining experience, in line with the resort's butler concept
• Comfortable with administering housekeeping resources and inventory control 
• Exceptional trainer with a passion for developing junior team members
• Work closely with Engineering department to establish a preventive maintenance schedule 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE ATTENDANT / WAITER
• Ability to deliver exceptional service across two outlets, confident multitasker who can work with minimal supervision
• Experience in bar service, mixology and wine knowledge
• Comfortable with cashiering, inventory management

GARDENER (Daily Worker)
• Responsible for general maintenance and attractiveness of the gardens, plants and lawns at the resort
• Responsible for the use and maintenance of gardening tools, equipment and materials
• Must have extensive knowledge of tropical garden plant and understanding of their cultivation

POOL CLEANER (Daily Worker)
• Maintain pool and water features using proper chemicals and cleaners
• Must have experience in pool maintenance, including chemical use and testing
• Keep accurate records of all activities
