{HHRMA~Bali} Vacancy Resort Manger North of Bali ( Singaraja)

 

Greetings from Mayo Resort

We are looking to appoint a new manager for our resort, and are asking if you know of anybody who might be suitable. Please feel free to forward this message to anybody whom you think would be interested or who knows somebody that might be.

The successful candidate will oversee all day-to-day operations of the resort. With a total of 7 rooms/suites offering accommodation for 23 persons, a restaurant (Bora Bora) with seating for 35, and a staff of 14, we are a small resort but we are becoming busier and better known by the day.

Areas of responsibility will be quite broad - they include Guest Relations, Front Office, General Resort Operations, HR, Finance & Administration, Community & Government Relations, Events Organizer & Management, and Marketing & Promotion.

While candidates from a wide range of backgrounds will be considered, previous experience in the hospitality sector is a definite plus. Other desired attributes include proven leadership and management skills, good interpersonal skills, language ability, written and spoken, in both Indonesian and English, and competence in IT and Social Media. A driving license is essential.

A competitive performance-based salary will be offered to the right person.
