Our client, a 5* Resort with +/- 100 rooms and 4 F&B Outlets is looking for a Front Office Manager.

 

The resort is currently still in pre-opening phase.

 

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

 

Profile

 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field

• Experience as FOM in 5 star hotels

• Great personality and positive attitude

• Excellent English both spoken and written

• Computer literate

• Excellent communication and training skills

• Strong leadership (lead by example), tactical skills and result oriented

• Able to work independently

• Energetic

• Hands-on

• Flexible

• Motivated

 

Our client offer an attractive package including service charge, meal & transport allowance, medical, bonus, housing, 5.5 days working and 2 years contract.
