Our client, a 5* Resort with 100+ Rooms and 4 F&B Outlets in Seminyak is looking for a Restaurant Manager.

 

This role will be reporting directly to F&B Manager.

 

Profile

 

• Hotel school background

• Experience in similar position in 5 star resort

• Our client would also consider a current Assistant Restaurant Manager ready for the next step

• Luxury resort background

• Excellent knowledge in Food & Beverage

• Familiar with budgeting and costing

• Excellent English both spoken and written

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong leadership skills and result oriented

• Can work under pressure

• Able to work independently

• Computer literate

• Well organized

• Team player

• Energetic

• Hands-on

 

Our client offer an attractive package including service charge, meal allowance, medical, insurance, 5 days working and 1 year contract.
