Dibutuhkan House Manager untuk ditempatkan di Jogjakarta secepatnya.

Tanggungjawab pekerjaan sebagai berikut:

* Memelihara dengan baik keadaan semua villa dan apartment

* Memelihara hubungan dengan tamu, pemilik properti dan travel agent

* Membayar bills dan electricity rumah & apartment

* Bertanggung jawab dengan kepuasan tamu (terutama cleaning)

* Update list pengeluaran dan pendapatan

 

Job Description

* Handle booking melalui Airbnb dan Traveloka. Reply max 1 jam setelah request

* Update list booking di Airtable

* Update jadwal cleaning

* Bayar tagihan bulanan

* Update dan mengawasi pengeluaran

* Selalu mengawasi kebersihan rumah & apartment secara teliti

* Memastikan supplies selalu ada

* Welcome tamu sesering mungkin. Terutama rumah2
