Urgently requirement for travel agency:

Quick to adapt, have a high motivation person, energize and committed work individual and as a team.


Position: Data Entry

Key Responsibilities:

·        - Handle data entry & information into the system, ensure accuracy & updated.

·         - Maintain a smooth workflow with related department

·        - Handle all administrative data issues

·        - Carry out duties as assigned by line manager and department head.


Position: Operation Staff

Key Responsibilities:

·         - Input data about arrival and departure of tourist into system

·         - Issuing the job orders for guides and driver and tour leader

·         - Handle excursion bookings (received excursion booking from tour leader, input in our system and make booking order to supplier by phone or email)

·         - Helping reservation team in providing any information regarding excursion

·         - Agreeing prices, contracts of optional product include meeting with sales from optional product.

·         - Be ready on phone before and after office hours for any urgent requirement regarding operational matters.


Qualification:

• Must be able to speak English

• Have good literate for computer for office application

• Pleasant personality with good communication skills

• Fresh graduate are very welcome

• Familiar with hotel contract is a plus (position)
