{HHRMA~Bali} VACANCY EXECUTIVE CHEF

 

Chapung Sebali, a luxury boutique resort in Keliki - Ubud, Bali. With its popular Jungle Fish Restaurant & Pool Bar is looking to fill the following position:

EXECUTIVE CHEF

Responsible for the consistent preparation of innovative and creative cuisine of the highest quality, presentation and flavor for the dining rooms, banquets and other food facilities, resulting in outstanding guest satisfaction.
Additionally responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen and its staff; manages areas of profit, stock, wastage control, hygiene practices and training within the kitchen.

Prerequisites:

• Displays leadership in guest hospitality exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
• Having an eye for detail and creativity to look at things differently will be a key to developing the Food and Beverage Experience.
• Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Education:

• 3 Year Hospitality Management or equivalent culinary university degree

Working experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or 7 years as a Head Chef
• Prior experience in a luxury establishment an advantage

Job Type:

• Full Time - 9 hours/ day
• 8 days off / month

Salary Range & Benefits:

• IDR 20 - 30 million/ monthly
• BPJS & Service Charge (After 3 months' probation)
