{HHRMA~Bali} VACANCY GUEST RELATION MANAGER

 

Chapung Sebali, a luxury boutique resort in Keliki - Ubud, Bali, consisting of 14 Suites and 8 Villa. Together with its famous Jungle Fish Restaurant & Pool Bar is looking to fill the following position:

GUEST RELATION MANAGER

Supports all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.. Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby. Supports the tracking and resolution of service issues. Identifies the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.

  • Manages Guest Services and Front Desk Operations
  • Maintains Guest Services and Front Desk Goals
  • Ensures and Provides Exceptional Customer Service
  • Manages and Conducts Human Resource Activities in his/ her Department (coaching, mentoring, provides guidance and directs. Assists in hiring and interviewing team members)
PREREQUISITES
  • Age 26 – 35 years old
  • Organized, dynamic team player with "can do" attitude and outgoing personality
  • Adaptable friendly expert of communication, professional with problem solving skills
  • Fluent English (spoken + written)
  • Additional language skills an advantage
  • Possesses a wide network of relation within the local hospitality industry  (Tour Operators, Agents, Activities, Restaurants, etc)
EDUCATION
  • Hospitality Management

WORKING EXPERIENCE

  •   Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality management as guest relation or concierge

JOB TYPE

  • Full Time - 9 hours/ day
  • 6 days off / month

 

SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS

  • Between IDR 10 – 12 million basic salary / month
  • Duty meals
  • BPJS & Service Charge (After 3 months' probation)
