We are looking for a Secretary and a Recruitment Specialist to join our team! Note that we are open to "Junior" candidates; fresh graduates from hotel school, daily workers or trainees in hotel / restaurant are welcome to apply!

Incoming persons will be fully trained / guided by our staff members who formerly held the position and have been promoted internally.

Requirements

 

• Strong in spoken and written English

• Degree in hospitality / hotel / tourism

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality industry (preferred)

• Prior experience in HR department is a plus, but not a must

• Good administrative skills, well organized, attention to detail, ability to work independently, doesn’t mind to go the extra mile when needed, able to keep confidentiality

• Attentive, polite, professional appearance, punctual, good social skills, proactive, flexible, team player

• Computer literate
