POSITION (Production Planning Assistant Manager)

General Requirements

Ø Education: University graduated majoring in Engineering/Science/Business/Management/Statistical

Ø Skill: Strong analytical and communication skills, skill in prioritizing workloads; ability to initiate, coordinate and move forward on planned activities.

Ø Management Skills: good time management in prioritizing workloads

 

Technical Abilities :

Ø PPIC

Ø Data Analysis

Ø Demand Planner

Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, power point, words.

Ø Communication (Good communicator and listener)

Ø Critical thinkers

Ø Multitask

Ø Time Management and Self Discipline

 

Personality Requirements :

Ø Trustworthy

Ø Strong Sense of Ethics

 

Responsibility :

Ø Create global finished goods purchase order for intercompany and third party vendors (coordinate with purchasing dept to set the product, price and shipment schedule) based on demand from Need List spreadsheet.

Ø Create and update production schedule, production and stock report, and shipment schedule to identify and take necessary action on any deviations from planning, to be sure all products will be shipped as order

Ø Maintain production data to be sure all details are correct, in coordination with production dept

Ø Create and update weekly production report: such as need list, sales price report, production variance report, third party stock report, and report that requested by customers.

Ø Provide all production report that requested by managers and top level.

Ø Administer purchase order in SAP

 

Salary Range : Rp 5,000,000 to Rp 7,000,000
