Our client, a 4* Hotel with 100+ Rooms and 1 Restaurant is looking for a Corporate Human Resources Manager.

 

Profile

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Physiology or related field of study

• Experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in 4* or 5* hotels

• Good knowledge in law and strong in admin

• Familiar with organization structure, HR policies & procedures, recruitment, training, performance appraisal

• Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, communication & interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, leadership

• Mature with positive behavior as a role model and good motivator

• Experience dealing with local community

• Able to work under pressure

• Computer literate

• Great personality

• Result oriented

• Energetic and great personality

• Creative, dynamic, and innovative
