Our client, a 4* Hotel with +/- 150 rooms and 4 F&B outlets is looking for a Financial Controller. This role will be reporting to General Manager.

 

Profile

 

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or hospitality management

• Strong analytic & organization skills

• Ability to creatively execute strategies and drive results

• Ability to take constructive action without relying on directions from others

• Effective decision-making skills, effective influence skills and good negotiation skills

• Excellent English both spoken and written

• Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, leadership, customer & associate relation skills and result oriented

• Energetic, hands-on and motivated

• Positive thinking with a “can-do” attitude

• Great personality

• Leads by example

• Excellent working track record

• Able to work independently

• Computer literate

• Driven, motivated
